Quotations – All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary after inspection.
Deposits – A deposit may be required before parts are ordered or work commences.
Parts & Materials – We use quality parts from reputable suppliers. Warranties on parts are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Payment Terms – Payment in full is required upon completion of work, before the vehicle is released. We accept cash, EFT, or approved card payments.
Service Area – Services are provided at our workshop in Empangeni Rail. Mobile assistance may be arranged at management’s discretion.
Collection of Vehicles – Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of completion unless prior arrangements are made. Storage fees may apply thereafter.
Liability – While every care is taken, Voyager Auto Repairs is not responsible for loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
